“We had Primal Paws team watch our furbabies for us and could not of had a better experience! We had Leo watch our 2 dogs and cat, and he did amazing! Our cat needed eye drops, and he got them done twice a day for her solo! We also have a 3 month old puppy that requires constant supervision. He helped with continuing training for our puppy, and groomed both our puppy and our older dog! He also provided several updates through out the day with about 10 photos to go along with. On top of all that, he even swept and vaccumed our back entry way from the dogs going in and out. From onboarding, responsiveness, and the service: everything was amazing. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be re-booking in the future! Thanks Leo and Primal Paws Team!”

Primal paws did an amazing job! We hired them to “chaperone” our dog Goose while we eloped! We wanted him included but needed someone to essentially babysit.
Leo was fantastic! He was polite and professional. He walked him, gave him water, and even transported to the location. He even came prepared with water, bowl, extra leash. He was early on my requested time. We even got a little photo email which included him taking a selfie with our Goose and his walks while we tied the knot! 10

“Truly fabulous pet sitting service! I had them take care of my very elderly and somewhat medically fragile cat while we were away for a week. The sitter assigned to us (Leo) took such good care of my cat that part of me wonders if he was a bit disappointed to say goodbye to the pet sitter! He got lots of love and pets and pampering, and the sitter was able to give him all his medicines and carefully monitored his behavior and physical health. So much so that he averted a medical emergency by noticing an issue early on which was able to be addressed by a simple medication, which he picked up from my vet. I very much appreciated the daily updates on eating, drinking, health and behavior, which included pictures. The sitter also was very respectful of our property as well. Leo went above and beyond in caring for our beloved fur baby and I will definitely use this service again. Worth every penny!”

We’ve had a wonderful experience! The service is reliable, affordable, and gives us peace of mind knowing our dog is well cared for. My favorite part is the daily report and pictures.
